PRICING

What are your rates?

We operate using adaptive pricing: Creative Fee + Post Production Fee.

Creative Fee: This component reflects the time and skill it takes to complete the project on a daily basis. We channel our energy for the best takes, focusing on quality and quantity during a Course of 10 hours to provide you with a variety of options. If a shoot requires more than one day, the creative fee will increase.

Post-Production Fee: After shooting sessions, we spend a significant amount of time editing your selected images by converting raw Files into top-notch pictures. This can include color correction, Blending lights and shadows, retouching, and preparing files for final delivery. Post Production takes Almost 10 days for each project to reach perfection and we take it very seriously.

What is cost sharing?

All the parties involved in your project, are interested in the pictures. So let’s bring them in and lower the cost of shoot. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Sharing the cost of a project is a common and valuable practice. It is very beneficial to consider other parties who might benefit from photographs of your project. The owner, interior designers, landscape architects, contractors, consultants, tenants, furniture manufacturers, engineers, etc. We charge 40% creative fee for each additional party, then divide the total fee by the number of parties involved, which can lead to huge savings for each client, specifically the main commissioner.

Let’s bring an example project with 10-Pictures :

We have a $2,100 Creative fee for 1 day shoot and $150 per image for Editing & standard license giving us a $3600 total for 10 shots.

For example, when a third party [Light Designer] is sharing the cost of photography with the main client [Architect]:

On the scale of $3,600 for a project, there is a 25% increase in the creative fee per party. This adds $900 to the final invoice, resulting in a total of $4,500.

By having two parties we can divide the invoice and each party will charge $2,250. This method saved the architect over $1350 and drove their photography investment cost down.
